Epson Launches Portable Photo Printer PM270

Epson launched the PictureMate PM270 4R portable photo printer.

The printer is outfitted with a carrying handle, and can fold into a box when not in use.

The printer is outfitted with a tiltable 3.6" color screen.

The card slot bay of the printer supports most common type of memory cards, and for wireless printing users can also use the optional Bluetooth connectivity.

The Epson PictureMate offers portable photo printing solution and claims to turn out a photo in 37 seconds.

The Epson PictureMate uses a single ink cartridge. Retailed as a bundle, the PicturePack comes with 150 pieces of photo paper and one ink cartridge.

Featuring wireless controls, this printer is the best alternative to conventional A4-sized printers and can be easily transported.

With an extensive list of peripheral options, the hardware is able to connect bar code or magnetic card reader, offering immense flexibility.

Compatible with RS232, USB, or Bluetooth interfaces, the printer prints on high-quality thermal paper, and includes a charging unit.

No retail price has yet been set.
